Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled for Premium subscriptions purchased via Paystack.
1) Cancel anytime
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by emailing [email protected].
- When you cancel, access continues until the end of the current paid period. You will not be billed again unless you resubscribe.
2) Refunds
- Duplicate charges or accidental double billing: full refund of the duplicate amount.
- Unauthorised payment: notify us promptly; we will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a refund.
- Service outage: for extended unplanned outages (48+ consecutive hours) we may credit a pro‑rata amount to your next billing cycle or provide a partial refund.
- Change of mind: subscriptions are digital services and generally non‑refundable once the billing period starts; cancel to stop future renewals. Where required by law (e.g., CPA/ECTA cooling‑off in specific circumstances), we’ll comply.
3) How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email and Paystack reference. We respond within 3–5 business days.
4) Method of refund
Approved refunds are processed via Paystack to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment network.
